2. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes are based on information available at the time of inspection or customer-provided details.

Quoted prices may be adjusted if:

Hidden damage is discovered
Existing conditions differ from those originally presented
Additional work is requested
Structural, electrical, plumbing, or code-related issues are uncovered
Material costs change before work begins

Any additional charges will be discussed with and approved by the customer before work proceeds whenever reasonably possible.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit/Debit Card
Electronic Payment Methods

A convenience fee may apply to certain electronic or card payments.

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

Unpaid balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Texas law.

4. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers may provide their own materials unless otherwise agreed.

B.A. Handyman WF LLC is not responsible for delays, defects, incompatibility, warranty issues, or additional labor resulting from customer-supplied materials.

5. Change Orders

Any work requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.

Additional work may be approved verbally, electronically, or in writing and will be billed accordingly.

6. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.

Work delays caused by restricted access, pets, occupants, utilities, weather, or unsafe conditions may result in schedule changes or additional charges.

7. Limitations of Liability

B.A. Handyman WF LLC shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing defects
Hidden structural damage
Mold, rot, pest damage, or water intrusion not visible at the time of inspection
Delays caused by weather, suppliers, utilities, or circumstances beyond our control
Consequential, indirect, incidental, or special damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service performed.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Labor is warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of completion.
Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials.
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of nature, customer modifications, or failures caused by unrelated systems.

Warranty service must be requested promptly after discovery of an issue.

9. Photographs

B.A. Handyman WF LLC may photograph work areas before, during, and after project completion for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes.

No personally identifying information will be intentionally disclosed without consent.

Customers may request that project photographs not be used for marketing purposes by notifying us in writing before work begins.

10. Website Content

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, photos, and designs, is the property of B.A. Handyman WF LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
